James Duncan Russell

CTC East

Industrial Maintenance

Instructor: Jamie Berryhill

JD Russell is one of our top students here at CTC East. He maintains a 4.0 gpa and has a 97 average for Industrial Maintenance. He has had only one absence this year and displays effective work ethic and teamwork while in class. As a 1st year student, he is already showing proficient industrial maintenance skills and is always eager to learn more. Outside of class JD plays the tenor drum on the drumline for the Lewisburg High School band. He is also involved in the Explorers Club where he will visit France during Spring Break, and volunteers regularly for the Interact Club. As a junior, JD is still undecided on his post-graduation plans but is considering either NW Mississippi Community College or the University of Mississippi to major in Nursing or Mechanical Engineering. We are very proud of JD and his accomplishments and know that he will have a bright future.
