Congratulations to February’s Chick-fil-A Student of the Month winner, senior Karsyn Laufenberg. Karsyn has been an active participant in all areas of campus life throughout her high school career and was recently named to the Lewisburg High School Hall of Fame. Her classmates named her most spirited and best laugh for the class of 2017. Her creative talents were also recognized this month at the Mid South Scholastic Art Show where she received several prestigious Gold Key awards.

Karsyn has consistently found ways to balance her academics and extracurricular activities and excel at both. She was the starting midfielder this season for the Patriot soccer team, helping them advance to the second round of state playoffs in February.

Karsyn is currently competing in track, serves as social secretary for the LHS student body, and is active in the National Honor Society and Interact clubs. She enjoys watching The Walking Dead and her favorite animal is the giraffe. Join us in congratulating Karsyn Laufenberg, February’s Chick-fil-A Student of the Month.
