CHHS Interact Club
Interact, formerly known as Key Club, is one of Rotary International’s programs designed to help clubs and districts achieve their service goals in their own communities and in communities abroad, fostering fellowship and goodwill in the process. Students choose which local charities and organizations to help and volunteer their time to assist the organizations.
Center Hill High School’s Interact club is sponsored by Alisha Green and Tania Garrard.
The 2011-12 Interact Club is proud to announce that we are over 100 members strong.
We cleaned the road side on our Adopted Road during the month of August.
Washing fire trucks proved to be a good time!
The Fairhaven Fire Department let club members try on their gear.
Wow! Washing the truck with the fire hose proved difficult.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and Interact constructed a large ribbon that was later surrounded by honor and memorials from students and staff for loved ones who have dealt with breast cancer.
Once again CHHS won the traveling trophy at the Homerun 5K! We raised over $2700 and braved cool temperatures and drizzling rain.
Habitat Building Project in Hernando had us there early!
