DeSoto Central High

Mr. Cory Uselton became principal of DeSoto Central high School on July 1, 2009.  He began his educational career as a teacher and basketball coach at Pontotoc High School. Charleston High School and Hernando High School.  Mr. Uselton also served as assistant principal at Horn Lake School from 2004 - 2007 and as principal at Senatobia High School from 2007 - 2009.  He has a Bachelor's degree in business Administration from the University of Memphis, a Master's degree in Education from Delta State University, and a Specialist's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Mississippi.  He is married to Amanda Uselton, and he has two sons, Jackson and Will.
