DeSoto County Schools advertises for bids in the DeSoto Times Tribune Newspaper on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Bid notices are also sent to the Mississippi Procurement Office.

 Bids: The close date is the actual bid opening date

  • Purchase/Installation of combi ovens at SIS and OBMS - closes 3/21/12
  • Purchase of football/volleyball equipment and supplies - closes 3/21/12

  • Purchase of Board approved school supply lists - closes 3/28/12
  • Purchase/installation of serving lines and ovens at SES and OBMS - closes 3/30/12 -must call for these specs
  • Purchase of computers/monitors - closes 5/11/2012
  • Purchase of copy paper - closes 5/18/2012
  • Purchase of basketball equipment and supplies - closes 5/25/2012 -
