REQUIREMENTS:

 

   A valid Mississippi teaching license is required for employment in DeSoto County Schools.  The DeSoto County School District offers a competitive salary with excellent benefits.  Full medical insurance is provided and dependent coverage is available to each employee at a minimal cost.  Additional benefits include ongoing professional development workshops for teachers, new teacher orientation and a mentoring program for educators who are new to our district.
