School Counselor

I am delighted to serve as the school counselor at Horn Lake Elementary School!  As a dedicated professional school counselor, I am a strong advocate for children and I work to provide a supportive school environment for students, staff, and parents.  I strive to create a comprehensive, integrated support system for all students and will assist them in attaining the highest levels of academic, career, social/emotional, and behavioral development.

I received a Bachelor of Science from Jackson State University in Jackson, MS, a Master of Education from the University of Mississippi in University, MS, and an Education Specialist from the University of Mississippi in University, MS.  I am a National Board Certified Counselor.  I am a member of the American School Counselor Association, the Mississippi Counseling Association, Mississippi Association of Educators, and the National Educators Association.
