HLMS Orpheum Permission Slip

The purpose of this letter is to inform you of an exciting field trip opportunity that the Drama Club Sponsors have planned for students.  We are sending out permission slips to notify you of the dates and cost of the field trip.

 

Our club’s first field trip will take place on Tuesday, November 15, 2011.  We will be traveling to the Orpheum Theater in Memphis, TN.  This museum is “The South’s Finest Theater.”  We will attend the performance entitled “Of Mice and Men.”  We will finish our time at the Spaghetti Warehouse for lunch.   

The cost of the field Trip is $15.00.  This will include attendance at the Orpheum Theater, bus transportation, and lunch at the Spaghetti Warehouse!

 

IMPORTANT

 

  • Full payment is due by October 21, 2011. 
  • Please turn in the signed permission slip as soon as possible. 
  • Estimated bus departure time 8:45am and estimated bus return time 2:00pm
  • Regrettably students who have discipline referrals or have caused discipline problems will not be allowed to attend this field trip.  Decisions on these matters will be at the discretion of the principals and teachers.  Tickets and lunches will be paid for well in advance therefore we cannot refund money if your child is unable to attend.
