Special Education Services

Lake Cormorant Middle School offers a wide variety of services for students with exceptional needs.  Students with an IEP receive services and support in the Inclusion program, the Mississippi Occupational diploma program or the Community based program based on their levels of performance and needs.

SPED students at LCMS participate in all of the school activities and are well represented in the clubs and athletic teams.  The community based students participate in the Special Olympics program as well.

Students can be referred for SPED services through the TST process.

We will be posting up coming events and dates such as state testing, ACT and tutoring opportunities.
