Mississippi College Savings

College Savings Mississippi serves approximately 38,809 families in our state. The Mississippi Prepaid Affordable College Tuition plan, MPACT, is guaranteed by the state and locks-in today’s tuition prices, eliminating the effects of future tuition hikes. The Mississippi Affordable College Savings program, MACS, is an investment trust that is a companion to the prepaid plan, aiding in additional education-related expenses such as room, board, books and supplies.
