Important Parent Portal Announcement
Desoto County Schools is moving to online registration for students for the 2012-2013 school year.
Please log in to your parent portal account and verify your email address. Online registration codes will be sent out via email this summer. If you do not have a parent portal account, please go to your child's school and pick up your access ID and password. The access ID is used to create your parent portal account.

EMERGENCY WEATHER E-ALERT

EARLY/INCLEMENT WEATHER DISMISSAL PROCEDURES:
In the event of inclement weather or other early dismissal from school, the following dismissal procedures must be followed:
*Early Check Outs- Go to the East Door facing Shadow Oaks Parkway (near walkway that leads to 1st grade hall). Parents MAY NOT pull into the parking lots. Please park on Shadow Oaks or Dunbarton and walk up for early checkouts.
Bus Riders will be loaded first. Do not pull cars into the bus or car rider line if you are checking your child out early. This interferes with the loading of the buses and they are on a tight schedule. Car Riders will be dismissed after the buses have pulled out. Please have your name sign in your window.
Walkers will dismiss from the Kindergarten building.
