High Schools Win Multiple State Championships

DeSoto Central High School

     Two DeSoto Central High School students won MHSAA 6A Championships. Adam Gomez –6A Cross Country, and Carson Jones—6A 50-Yard and 200-Yard Freestyle in Swimming.  Pictured, from left, Supt. Lewisburg High School

Center Hill High School

     Taylor Williams, a senior at Center Hill High School, won two MHSAA 5A State Titles in Swimming—the 200-Yard Intermediate Medley and the 100-Yard Breaststroke.  During high school, he has won seven state championships.  He plans to attend Arizona State in the fall.
