The residency department assists parents with student transfer requests and the Affidavit of Shared Residency process.
Parents: If you proved residency using an affidavit for the 2018-2019 school year and will be proving residency for the 2019-2020 school year with an affidavit, you should do this at the school. You must still provide a notarized affidavit along with all required proofs of the homeowner and parent.
If a parent/guardian is new to an affidavit, parent/guardian must provide the notarized affidavit along with all required proofs to the Residency Department. The Residency office is located in the Registration building at the Central Services office.
An Affidavit must be notarized prior to completing registration.
Registration with an Affidavit of Shared Residency:
--Provide Affidavit notarized and complete.
--Provide Current Proofs listed on the second page of the affidavit - Proofs must be current within 30 days of registration to complete residency verification.
